At Traders Mantras, we're committed to your satisfaction. Because all our products are made-to-order and custom-created specifically for you, our refund policy reflects the unique nature of our business.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we'll make it right.

Made-to-Order Products

Important: All Traders Mantras products are custom-created for you after you place your order. This means:

  • Products cannot be resold or restocked
  • Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed
  • We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom items in new condition

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if your product:

Arrives Damaged:

  • Physical damage during shipping (broken frame, torn canvas, cracked mug)
  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos

Is Defective:

  • Print quality issues (blurry, faded, incorrect colors)
  • Manufacturing defects (poor stitching on desk mats, faulty materials)
  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos

Is Incorrect:

  • Wrong product shipped
  • Wrong size, color, or design
  • Missing items from your order
  • Report within 7 days of delivery

Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind: After order is confirmed
  • Custom/personalized items: Products with your custom quotes or text (unless defective)
  • Minor variations: Slight color differences due to screen displays or printing processes
  • Delayed reporting: Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Damage after use: Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery

How to Request a Refund

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Email: support@tradersmantras.com
  3. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos clearly showing the issue
    • Description of the problem
  4. We'll respond within 24-48 hours (may be slower during market hours!)

Resolution Options

Depending on the issue, we'll offer:

  • Replacement: We'll create and ship a new product at no charge
  • Full refund: Refund to your original payment method
  • Partial refund: For minor defects you choose to keep
  • Store credit: For future purchases (if you prefer)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within:

  • 2-3 business days: We initiate the refund
  • 5-10 business days: Funds appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Before Production Starts:

  • Contact us immediately at support@tradersmantras.com
  • If production hasn't begun, we'll cancel and issue a full refund
  • You have approximately 24 hours after ordering

After Production Starts:

  • Once your order is in production, we cannot cancel or refund
  • Made-to-order products are custom-created and cannot be resold

Shipping Costs

If we made an error:

  • We cover all shipping costs for replacements or returns

If you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You're responsible for return shipping (if applicable)

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us immediately with photos
  3. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address:

  • We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages
  • You may need to place a new order at your expense
  • Double-check your address before completing checkout

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  3. Contact us with your order number
  4. We'll investigate and work with the carrier

If truly lost:

  • We'll replace your order or issue a refund
  • May require a carrier investigation (7-14 days)

Quality Standards

We take quality seriously. Every product is inspected before shipping. However, handmade and printed products may have minor variations:

  • Acceptable: Slight color variations due to screen/printer differences
  • Acceptable: Minor imperfections in handmade elements
  • Not acceptable: Significant defects, damage, or errors

Satisfaction Commitment

While we can't accept returns on custom products in new condition, we're committed to your satisfaction. If something isn't right, contact us. We'll work with you to find a fair solution.
