3. How do I place an order?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

  • Production: 3-7 business days
  • Shipping: 3-7 business days

International Orders: 10-27 business days

  • Production: 3-7 business days
  • Shipping: 7-20 business days (varies by country)

6. What is your return/refund policy?

Because all products are made-to-order and custom-created for you, we cannot accept returns on items in new condition.

We DO offer refunds or replacements if your product arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective (print quality issues, manufacturing defects)
  • Incorrect (wrong product, size, or design)

Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@tradersmantras.com.

Custom/personalized items with your text are non-refundable unless defective.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Maybe - it depends on timing.

Before production starts (within ~24 hours):

After production starts:

  • Made-to-order products are custom-created and cannot be canceled
  • Production typically begins within 24 hours of ordering

Bottom line: Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel.

8. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Our products are made-to-order using a network of premium print partners primarily located in:

All products meet our strict quality standards regardless of production location.

10. How do I track my order?

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships (typically 3-7 days after ordering, when production completes).

To track:

  1. Check your email for shipping confirmation (check spam/promotions folder)
  2. Click the tracking link in the email
  3. Or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number

Tracking not updating?

  • Allow 24 hours after shipping notification for tracking to activate
  • If no movement after 3 days, contact us or the carrier

11. What if my package is lost or damaged?

Package marked delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, household members
  2. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  3. Contact us at support@tradersmantras.com with your order number

Damaged package:

  1. Take photos of damaged packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 7 days at support@tradersmantras.com
  3. We'll send a replacement at no cost

Truly lost package:

  • Contact us after 7+ days with no tracking updates
  • We'll investigate with the carrier
  • If confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund

12. Do you ship internationally?

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • European Union countries
  • Select other international destinations

International shipping:

  • Takes 10-27 business days
  • Costs calculated at checkout
  • You are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes

    Yes. Our founder is an active trader with years of experience in the markets, primarily focused on intraday swing trading ES and NQ futures. After a successful corporate career and exit via acquisition, they transitioned to full-time trading and discovered that discipline over emotion wins every time. 

    That's why we created Traders Mantras - to surround ourselves (and you) with daily reminders of what actually works.
